sisterly love

Done with finals for this semester.
Odd thing is, mom's been out for 2 days, enjoying herself and me being a teen, I'm here at home, wondering and facing the computer.
Well, resorted to watching the series of Heroes.

Jie called and we stayed on the phone for some time. Planning on how the apartment would be like when I finally get to there. Planning to cook for her and go out for shopping sprees. Describing how fun it would be to get a car together. Head down to host family's for Christmas. And hoping that that will all happen when I get there next year.

I miss her and can't wait to get there!

It holds lots of possibilities but in the same time, I will admit that I'm very much afraid.
Guess I'll just deal with it then.

Birthday's up next. Hoping I won't go all nostalgic. *sighs*

Hair loss?

Insanity.
Probably because of my own doings.

Seems like everyone is blogging about exams when it's the season.
I am in need of time. Loads of time.
And yet, I went for late night supper, I laughed with Pei Yoong about not getting the 17 chapters done. And then I freaked.

I now do really hope desperate time calls for desperate measures.

Am already looking forward for Christmas.

Exams vs. Blogging

Interesting fact.
I realize that I'm hardly on the internet for long unless it's near the examinations week.
I'm so caught up with life itself and because of exams, I'm forced to sit down and study and yet here I am blogging, after forever not doing so.

It's weird I admit. But I guess I just don't fancy sitting down much.

And I figure I should stay online more often and read international news. Yes. New resolution.

xoxo.

eeee's of life

In need of someone.
World crushing on me.
Everyone wanting more.
While trying to escape.
To a place once called home.
What a story to a great life.
Wheeeeee.

without you around

I hate people leaving. Then again who doesn't?

Without you around
I'm a baby
Songs on the radio go on and on
Droplets from the leaking pipe at the backyard
could not compare to our tears after you left
The house once overflowing with laughter
now quiet down again
For there's only two lonely person left behind.

I miss you hunzie pie. Be safe.

Field Trip USA- the Favourite TV Program

SHOUT! Awards is specially dedicated to give recognition to those who have made great impact and creative breakthroughs in Malaysian music, film, TV and radio. A first-of-its-kind awards show for these four industries, it aims to reward the most-deserving artists, actors, radio and TV faces, giving voice to all Malaysians to define the new cool.

Spanning 16 categories altogether with a total of 5 nominations in each, all nominations submitted will be determined by a panel of judges consisting of tastemakers and veterans representing the broadcast, music and film industry. Following which, the rest will go into the public’s hands, where they will be called to vote for their favorite personalities online on our website.

Hendra got us seating tickets for the Shout Awards. Sat with Syera and Paul then later on joined the rest where the nominees sat.

There were loads of performances and best yet, Sean Kingston sang 3 songs! I was just about 5 rows behind where he stood. It was great. Field Trip USA, in which filmed the adventures of 8 exchange students that were sent to America under AFS, was nominated for 3 categories.

Fresh TV Series Award (New TV Series including Dramas and / or Sitcoms)
Favorite TV Program (Non Drama)
Favorite TV Host

We won the Favourite TV Program! Yes Field Trip USA won. So happy and proud of Hendra, Qi, Alet, Syera, Andrew, Joe, Danial, Shaaleni, Syazwanny, Solleh and Sherilyn. It was awesome and it's amazing we won. There was no pretends, no acts but everything was just an adventure even for Qi himself. I am hoping through this, AFS could be more well known as for it is a really good program.
Being apart of this program and gaining the experience I did during my stay in Maine, I truly encourage everyone to be involved with AFS. Either being an exchange student or even as a volunteer. Visit www.afs.org for more details.

The few of us who went to the Shout Awards tagged along for the after party with all the other local artists. Was kinda bummed Sean Kingston was not there. *sulk* But it was all fun and we got a couple of pictures.

Congratulations to every who won especially those involved in Field Trip USA and also Qi for being nominated for 4 times. :)

Be apart of AFS. You will never regret, this we promise.
