I love medium rare steaks..

Decided to continue packing the room today but still unaccomplished. Went down to Bukit Bintang to have dinner at The Ship again. I ordered charboiled rib eye again and Mother had Seafood Au Gantin. I think The Ship should pay me for the highlight every time I go there for dinner. *laughs* I go there quite often that I even notice they renovated their toilet. *grins* But without failure, I think of Jie every single time we have dinner there.

Walked to Starhill Gallery to check out the Christmas decoration. The projected some long lasting tiny bubbles (snow) which stays on my hair. Pretty nice. Better than in Midvalley.
There were carolling session too. It was great. The choir group sang really well. And I'm attracted to those guys that sang especially those with great voices and ain't shy.

the middle one is pretty adorable

Cineleisure, The Curve, Midvalley

I was asked to be in Cineleisure to help out in the Selangor Girl Guides booth. It was organized by the Persatuan Penyayang and we had a booth there to promote girl guiding.

Woke up early and went to school to fetch Wen Yin and Suet Huey along. Had breakfast and reached there about 10am. I love the malls in the morning when you can scream across the building and nobody cares. *winks*

Two girl from Catholic High School came too. We waited until 11am to get our exhibition stuff from the store and started to set up everything. It was just a small booth, got it with the help from Pn Tek. In fact it was her idea.

the lil cute gadgets Yuhua students made

So all we did was hand out fliers to those shoppers. But people who go to Cineleisure don't walk around like nuts. They usually go there to watch movies. So the crowd was pathetic. Whose idea was it to set the booth up there again? *geez*

Charm cheerleader squad came and performed. It was cool the way they tossed the girls into the air. *whee* Pn Tek came around 2pm and complained a lot.

Went to The Curve for awhile.

Mother followed and we decided to go Midvalley after my duty. And so we did. I didn't mind wearing the guides uniform around but Mother decided to buy me a blouse to change into. We headed straight to World Of Cartoon (hey, I still like that place!)

Bought flip flops to bring overseas. Got some pretty batik cloth to make souvenirs. (never thought I would say this)

At exactly 10.15pm, stood on the platform waiting for a 10.22pm train to arrive. 10.23pm, no train seen. 10.30pm, train from the other direction passed by. 10.45pm, still no train in sight. The train finally arrived at 10.55pm. Midvalley is not the best station to wait for the train. Moreover, the train was late. Imagine the crowd on a Sunday! Squeezed into the train and overheard (could not help myself since we were standing skin to skin!) a foreign woman saying that the trains in Hong Kong and Singapore is so much more better. Ahaks. Take a look at our country. In addition to that, some Malay couples decided to grope each other since it was so packed. *sigh* Not a very pretty sight.

Despite all this, I still enjoy taking the train and Rapid KL buses. Things just got to be improved drastically.

Dinner and more Christmas trees

Visited Nanny (my baby sister) today. She looks good and I'm happy for her but she feels lonely in her neighbourhood full of Malays only. I told her to move back into my garden but her husband doesn't want to. *sigh* At least, I visited her and she feels happier.

Walked around the house and saw a great big moth. It's bigger than my palms.

Father planned for a dinner with his sister and her daughter, Ah Ku and Yin Peng. So Mother and I went down to Midvalley earlier to get cloth for me to make traditional clothing. Midvalley decided to make artificial snow for the children to be happy about.

I found a few more Christmas trees around the building and snapped pictures of it. Loved the one with purple hanging decorations.

Went to Kinrara to have dinner with them. That was okay. We talked about Grandfather because his house is about to be demolished.
Came home, went online, Kean Jie and myself decided to play online games and we ended up playing Jigsaw Too in MSN. It's fun. *laughs*

Sticks? and threads?

Received a message from Wei Sy saying that Cik Azizzah wants us in school to discuss bout a exhibition in Guides HQ on the 15-16 Dec. So the few of us decided to get to school earlier to play volleyball. We did and also ended up playing monkey-trying-to-get-the-ball game.

Met up with the form 4 committee and had our discussion. Marked down the things to be brought to Guides HQ. Sook May, Wei Sy, Wei Qi and myself decided to build a miniature campsite with real miniature gadjets to be brought along. It was a sudden plan and without hesitating, we went to Sook May's house in Saujana Impian to get things done. Her parents went to India. *jumps* We spent 4 hours in her house working on chopsticks, satay sticks and threads.

It's definitely fun after a long time not building any gadjets. Plus Sook May has cute cousins running round the house giggling and calling me the 'blue shirt girl'. I was wearing a sky blue shirt.

We did not manage to finish the whole campsite but will do so next Monday.

At around 7pm, Sook May fetched us home.

Watched a funny movie on elves. Loved the Christmas spirit!

Christmas trees. Christmas trees.

Woke up early and made my way with Father and Mother down to Petaling Jaya. Went down to hand in some forms to the AFS National Office. Didn't expect it to be that small. Anyway, talked to Kak Gee and found out the answers to a few doubt of mine. *phew*

Had breakfast near the Atria.

After years of not being able to shop in KL, we made our way (Mother drove) to Bangsar Shopping Center. I love the Cold Storage there. Got some chocolates and snapped pictures. Their Christmas decorations is the prettiest every year. There was a big big red chair taller than Father and I think it's for Santa and the children. *grins* Lap sitting moments.

After enjoying the Christmas carols played around that place, finally decided to get to Midvalley.

Mother was stressed up. Reason? "Being in KL makes me feel restless.." Oh well, decided to watch a movie. The earliest was Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium. I was surprised to buy good seats for the 2.25pm screening. Saw Wen Yi, Grace Ng's sister and gang. There were only 20 person or so in the biggy cinema. *wonders* And now I know why. I didn't get the plot of the movie nor the moral values or even the magic in it. Hmm..Enchanted is still better. Way better.

Before entering our cinema hall. I decided to bring Mother sneaking into the other halls to see what was the other movies. Her reaction? "Wow, this is fun and exciting, can we go to the other halls too?". Mother always manage to shock me.

After the movie (which I regretted watching), we went to Metrojaya. Love those Christmas decorations there too! Secretly snapped pictures again because I didn't know if I was allowed to. *grins*

And then to Jusco, to get my necessities before leaving to the States. Was in Midvalley from 1.00pm to 10.30pm. Parking fees were expensive!

yes. I somehow want to post this picture up. Don't mention it.

Either way, I love going to supermarkets and shopping centers during Christmas. Love love love.
