Done with finals for this semester.

Odd thing is, mom's been out for 2 days, enjoying herself and me being a teen, I'm here at home, wondering and facing the computer.

Well, resorted to watching the series of Heroes.

Jie called and we stayed on the phone for some time. Planning on how the apartment would be like when I finally get to there. Planning to cook for her and go out for shopping sprees. Describing how fun it would be to get a car together. Head down to host family's for Christmas. And hoping that that will all happen when I get there next year.

I miss her and can't wait to get there!

It holds lots of possibilities but in the same time, I will admit that I'm very much afraid.

Guess I'll just deal with it then.

So my grandfather's sister's son got married yesterday night. He can be counted as my distant cousin brother whom I do not recall meeting him before. Wheez to ze new married couples.

Anyway, my 4th great granduncle, a very important person in the family came over from Canada, so we meet up and attended the wedding dinner together which was held in a restaurant in Selayang. Meeting up with the family was fun-ish. *smiles*
Since the dinner ended around 11pm, it was late for us to drive home and we stayed overnight at my aunt's. Those whom didn't stay came over too and the adults had couple of drinks. This led to a question for me : "how is your alcohol tolerance, Quai?". Only I shall know that.

It was my granduncle's birthday the following day. We had bookings in Zipangu Fine Dinning at Shangri-La Hotel for the celebration. Had the Japanese buffet and I hogged on the salmon and strawberries. *winks*

Yes. I have not been blogging. Yes I promise to start back a couple of times and Yes I have been busy. *smirks*

Since most people complain about me not updating my blog, that is what I shall do now.

Finals have come and gone. Results have been posted out and I can announced that I messed it all up. *sighs hard* I really ought to start working extremely hard next semester.
I am currently on my semester break. Haven't been home much though.

This week, I have been in college working in the AUP (America University Program=ADP known in other colleges) department as a student helper. Earning around 3.50 to 4 bucks an hour. Was doing it just to help out, but since we're getting paid, why not? *whees*

So it was Bryan's birthday yesterday. We got muffins and a can of whipped cream with some rainbow hearts. Sprayed tons of whipped cream on ze muffins and sprinkled hearts on it.
Shout out goes to him.




Bryan, you're one heck of a different guy and you ought to be who you are and who you are comfortable being. Keep in mind that we all love you and you'll always have us around!

Vinvin is 18!

So it was Avin's birthday last Thursday. The GGG except Laine went out together on Wednesday night to celebrate Vin's 18th birthday together.

We went for Mamak at the mamak stall behind the old Apec building. Had a not so good dinner around 8.30pm and then we all headed to the karaoke place at Metro Point. As you know, people go there to sing but we, as who we are, we went to and practically shouted through the whole night. I could still hear the cracking of my voice. *swt*

Nickie got us some mango cake and we stayed together through midnight to 'watch' Baby Vin turn 18!

On Wednesday, went swimming with Avin, Wei Qi and Peec Chien. Which reminds me that the absence of Wei Sy is kinda not as fun.

On Friday, Vin came over to my house for lunch and we went to play badminton with the High School-badminton-players' gang.

Sunday was rather amazing when I found out my ability to sleep. Woke up around noon, ate lunch, took a nap till 5 then watched tv the rest of the evening.

I am totally not motivated to go for driver's ed since I've got such lovely friends who can bring me around, this includes Avin and Yee.
And I am frustrated for college decisions. *bleh*

And.and it's mama's birthday tomorrow! Hoorays.

Father gave a talk on cancer to the agents in Prudential. Since I prepared the slides, I had to follow him to make sure it's in order since he's no good in power point.



Prudential agents somehow make me feel uncomfortable. Expect for perhaps Julie and my father. Hee..

Then we had dinner at The Ship in Petaling Jaya. It was a belated birthday dinner for Father since we didn't have the chance to last few weeks. Had rib eye steak. Darn good.

Went to school to play volleyball and returned the loaned school text books. We had a end year volleyball lunch. The juniors collected the Domino's pizzas and bought some drinks. So I sat in Sook May's car and she was quite careful and I could sit in the front seat comfortably. *laughs* Unlike in Nickie's car. *shhh*


We laughed and ate and drank.

It was nice to be back, laughing ever so much as usual.







The five of us signed the court using permanent marker pen on the last day of SPM (26 Nov 07). Decided to snap a picture with our pure art piece. *grins*


Tomorrow is Yee's birthday. It would be the 5th birthday I've celebrated with her for now. And I can't even called her Woon Yee now cause it sounds weird to my ears.


Nickie messaged me and we decided to go to Yee's and surprise her. So Nickie picked me up at 8.30pm after waiting for her to take her sweet bath which was after her gaming online. Got a American brownie from Secret Recipe and got a lighter (Nickie forgotten to remind me to bring one).

She drove us to Yee's and once we were on her road, Nickie switched the headlights off and we crept nearer to a house with the blue gate. Imagine that. Both of us we laughing and shouting at each other all the way through. We could not help ourselves. *laughs*


Called Yee on her cell while the both of us hide behind Nickie's car. Some dude brought his dog for a walk and we were afraid it might bite us since we were squatting on Yee's front gate. After years of waiting, the birthday girl came out, saw us, saw the cake, well brownie, and cried. *yesh*
Successful! Went into her house while she gets dressed up to go Metro Point. Nickie could not speak mandarin and so manage to greet Yee's mother with a 'hello aunty' and acted real shy. Note the word acted.


Went to Shokudo. Ate loads of food. Only Nickie and I feasted for Yee has already eaten since it was a surprise. And that's that. It was just fun. We love Yee.

Currently in Penang now. Aunt Lee Eng decided to get father a cake eventhough he doesn't likes it. Did some birthday song singing.
